Reserve your space close to our largest lake and to the National Forest, midway between Grand Lake and Granby. Mobile home has a nice floor plan, with a bedroom and full bath at one end and a guest room with half bath at the other. Open living, kitchen, dining, covered front porch, storage shed. Home is being sold "as is". We are pretty sure it needs a new hot water heater, and we urge you to have the plumbing inspected. Space rent of $820 per month covers water, sewer, trash removal and electricity; this would add up to quite a bit if you had a single family home. You pay for the natural gas heat and for TV/ Internet. No real estate is included. You can walk a few blocks to 1/3 of a mile of National Recreation Area land for picnics, swimming and shore fishing.
